Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: 1. Clients must provide a minimum of 2 days' (48hrs) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of the photography session. If less than 48hrs notice client MUST pay for there session. 2. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited (NON Refundable). 3. Katie Murphy Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a photography session due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Deposits: 1. A non-refundable deposit of £30-£70 is required to secure the booking of a photography session. Depending on the session type. 2. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the session, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. 3. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer and must be received within 2 days of confirming the booking to secure the session date. Unless you are booking last minute your deposit must be paid at time of booking. Payments: 1. Payment for photography services is due in full on the day of the session unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance. 2. Accepted forms of payment include cash, bank transfer or PayPal. 3. Failure to provide full payment on the day of the session may result in the withholding of final images until payment is received in full. 4.
